The Carrithers Law Office

The Carrithers Law Office is proud to serve the community of Herndon. I went to Herndon Elementary for grades K-2, Herndon Middle School, and Herndon High School. I have witnessed the changes and developments to our community and am pleased to add to the progress and development of our Town. I am heavily involved in activities in the Town such as the Herndon Reston Youth Softball League, Winter Markt, or Friday Night Live. So, there is a good chance you can catch me at one of our many parks when I am not working! I am pleased to serve as your Herndon estate and trusts attorney. What you should look for in an estate planning attorney, trusts attorney, or probate attorney:

  1. Knowledge and Expertise. You want to retain an attorney who has the knowledge and expertise to handle your matter. I have ten years of experience with estate and trust law (planning, drafting and litigation). And, I will be a certified financial planner in March 2024. The Carrithers Law Office is a boutique firm focused on ONE thing – ESTATES! Whether it is drafting your trust, creating an estate plan, administering a probate estate, or representing you in an estate or trust litigation matter, I can help you reach your goals.
  2. Approachability. You need to be able to ask the uncomfortable questions and discuss difficult topics. No question is silly and I believe it is my job to inform you. I am and have always been straight-forward with my clients and you can expect professionalism in confidence and in communication.
  3. Focus. When I handle your matter, you have my undivided attention. I am thorough and detail oriented so you can rely on me to pay attention to the things that you may not.
  4. Price. My pricing is fair, reasonable, and competitive. I am neither the most expensive or the cheapest estate attorney you will find in the Northern Virginia area, but you will always know what you can expect to pay. I always provide an initial consult that is free up to thirty (30) minutes and can suggest the most cost-effective way to handle your matter before you retain me
